Azamara unveils 2026 Summer itineraries with Solar Eclipse cruises and new destinations | Cruise News
Azamara Cruises, a leader in small-ship cruising and Destination Immersion experiences, has announced its 2026 summer sailings, featuring 77 new itineraries that will take guests to a variety of iconic destinations and lesser-known ports. The fleet – Azamara Journey, Azamara Quest, and Azamara Onward – will focus on Europe, with extended visits to regions such as the Mediterranean, Greece, Ireland, and the British Isles.
Among the highlights for 2026 are 3 unique solar eclipse cruises in August, offering guests the rare chance to witness this natural spectacle from sea. The new season will also introduce 5 maiden ports to Azamara’s European schedule, accessible only to smaller vessels, and a selection of new pre- and post-cruise land programs. The itineraries continue Azamara’s tradition of providing more late-night and overnight stays, allowing guests ample time to experience the culture and atmosphere of each destination.
Key Solar Eclipse Cruises:
- August 2, 2026: 11-night Mediterranean sailing to Greece, Turkey, and Italy aboard Azamara Onward
- August 7, 2026: 12-night Ireland Intensive, visiting Belfast, Dublin, and Galway on Azamara Quest
- August 8, 2026: 18-night Iceland and Canada voyage, featuring Reykjavik, St. John, and Quebec City aboard Azamara Journey.
