Four Seasons I Culinary Offerings Revealed – Cruise Industry News

Four Seasons Yachts today revealed the culinary collection onboard its first yacht, the Four Seasons I.

According to a press release, the new luxury vessel is set to enter service in 2026 with 11 unique restaurant and bar concepts.

The venues will feature nods to the yachting lifestyle while embodying Four Seasons’ dedication to category-defining dining experiences.

With a unique concept and personality, each venue will feature ever-evolving menus curated by Four Seasons craftspeople, including acclaimed chefs, sommeliers and mixologists.

“From indulgent omakase to refined Mediterranean specialties and creative cocktail menus, all dining venues promise an exceptional gastronomic experience amid the expanse of the sea,” Four Seasons said.

“Our restaurants and bars are the heartbeat of our hotels, and when we set sail in 2026, the same will be true onboard the Four Seasons I, creating moments of connection, celebration and culinary excellence at sea,” said Alejandro Reynal, President and Chief Executive Officer, Four Seasons.

“Each offering has been thoughtfully designed to create a highly personalized experience, building on the success of our more than 600 restaurants and bars around the world while introducing something entirely new,” he added.

Dining and lounge offerings will be curated by seasoned culinary teams, Four Seasons said, with a focus on craftsmanship and personalized care.

According to Four Seasons, the venues will offer intuitive service and a seamless experience, creating luxurious meals and surroundings.

Complimentary breakfast is served daily, and all other dining and beverage experiences will be offered à la carte, the company added.

Children’s menus will also be offered, and guests aged five and under dine with the yacht’s compliments.

Described as a centerpiece and a stage for some of the world’s top culinary talents, Sedna will be home to rotating master chefs-in-residence, with a dining calendar featuring culinary talents from Four Seasons restaurants across the globe.

Inspired by the glamour of the Côte d’Azur, Terrasse will offer elegant yet relaxed Mediterranean dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Other options include Miuna, which will offer an omakase experience for 16 guests per seating, and Pistachio, which will serve light breakfasts and sweet treats.
