Christian Polanc To Offer Dance Course Aboard Mein Schiff 2 – Cruise Industry News

TUI has announced that Christian Polanc, a professional dancer, will host dancing classes aboard the Mein Schiff 2’s voyage from Oct. 17-30, 2025, sailing from Palma (Mallorca) to La Romana.

The company said in a press release that Polanc will return with “Mein Schiff auf Tanzkurs” and well-known dance professionals and trainers, who will teach and also perform live evening shows.

The trans-Atlantic voyage offers nine days at sea and stops in Tenerife, Antigua, St. Maarten and St. Kitts.

Polanc said: “It’s wonderful to travel with so many dance-loving guests and to ignite the dance fever onboard the Mein Schiff. Over time, really great connections develop, and a fantastic dance community develops over the course of the voyage.”

Polanc, one of Germany’s best trainers and choreographers, will be joined by Holger Nitsche, a multiple world and European champion, international trainer, choreographer, seminar leader and adjudicator.

Also on the team is world-champion couple in disco fox Michèle and Werner Straßer, and the winner of the German Latin American Dance Championship, Dr. Sandra Grziwok.

According to the press release, Sibylle and Oliver Lepp will also offer a program for guests on the Mein Schiff 2, combining yoga with dance in a body and soul concept.

The voyage is available from €1,549 per person in an inside cabin with the Mein Schiff Premium inclusive services for double occupancy, including flights from €2,449, and from €2,049 per person in a balcony cabin for double occupancy, including flights from €2,949, both in the PRO fare.
