Princess Cruises’ upcoming cruise season in Alaska will include seven ships sailing to 21 destinations in the region.

According to the company, the vessels will offer 18 unique cruise itineraries departing from five homeports: Whittier, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Vancouver.

The vessels are set to visit four glaciers, including Glacier Bay National Park, the Hubbard Glacier, College Fjord and the Endicott Arm & Dawes Glacier.

Princess said that the itineraries are also highlighted by more time ashore, with late-night stays in Juneau on a series of sailings.

The Discovery Princess and the Royal Princess are set to offer seven-night cruises departing from Seattle, while the Ruby Princess sails from San Francisco for 11-night itineraries.

Princess’ signature “Voyage of the Glaciers” itinerary will be offered by three ships: the Sapphire Princess, the Caribbean Princess and the Coral Princess.

The seven-night itinerary includes northbound and southbound sailings that cruise between Vancouver and Whittier and feature visits to Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway.

Completing the company’s offerings in the region, the Grand Princess is set to offer seven-night cruises departing from Vancouver.

New itineraries for 2025 include the “Ultimate Alaska Solstice” voyage onboard the Ruby Princess. The 22-day sailing departs from San Francisco and explores destinations in the region during the longest days of the year.

The deployment is highlighted by a 16-day Inside Passage itinerary with Glacier Bay National Park sailing roundtrip from Los Angeles onboard the Grand Princess.

Princess is also offering five cruisetour types and 27 cruisetour itineraries that include visits to five national parks.

In 2025, the company continues to operate five wilderness lodges in Alaska, including the Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge, the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge and the Mt. McKinley Princess Lodge.

Princess’ portfolio also features the Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge and the Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge.

Continuing its expansion in the region, Princess is set to deploy the new Star Princess to Alaska for the 2026 summer.
