TUI Announces First Adults-Only Cruise – Cruise Industry News
TUI Cruises is planning its first-ever adults-only cruise onboard the Mein Schiff 6, the company announced in a press release.
The “Adults Only: Pure Relaxation in the Indian Ocean” cruise sails between South Africa and Singapore starting on Nov. 17, 2025.
According to TUI, the itinerary takes guests around South Africa’s coast before visiting Mauritius, Sri Lanka and Singapore.
The cruise also offers extensive days at sea, the company added, making it ideal for relaxation and self-immersion.
Other highlights of the cruise include an enrichment program with Eva Wellner, a mental coach and expert in nutrition and sport.
According to TUI, Wellner will offer lectures and workshops to contribute to passengers’ holistic well-being.
Sailing from Cape Town, the adults-only cruise includes visits to Port Elizabeth, Réunion Port Louis, Colombo, Hambantota and Port Klang.
The company also announced themes for other cruises sailing around Africa during the 2025-26 winter season.
Departing from Palma de Mallorca onboard the Mein Schiff 4, the “Mein Schiff Film Festival at Sea” will focus on cinema, with a program of national and international film highlights.
The 20-night cruise features visits to Gibraltar, Tenerife and Walvis Bay before arriving in Cape Town, South Africa.
Other themed sailings include the “Time for Yoga and Self-Love,” which sails onboard the Mein Schiff 5 in November.
Cruising between Palma de Mallorca and Cape Town, the voyage will include an exclusive program with renowned experts from the fields of hypnosis, yoga and breathwork.
TUI is also planning a culinary- and entertainment-focused cruise onboard the Mein Schiff 5 in December.
Sailing along the East Coast of Africa, the “Logbook of Aromas – The Spice Route” cruise is said to be a journey “where discovery is on enjoyment, entertainment and exotic aromas.”
The Mein Schiff 6 is also scheduled to offer a knowledge-themed cruise in late October, which was designed to capture the diversity of Africa through lectures, readings and multisession shows.
